Friend of mine has one. It's pretty much a "cheap Porsche" as far as upkeep is concerned.

An old boss of mine had one. It was fine to drive, but I only drove it home in the snow and then back to work after fixing it. No stress driving your bosses jag in the snow, in NC!!! It needed an oil pan gasket. Dealer wanted like $2500 to do it. I did it for $3-400 if I remember. It kicked my butt! When I had the pan in the parts washer to clean it up, I measured what it held, 3 quarts. When online to get the capacity for the refill, 8 quarts! Makes me want to find that Ford/Jag engineer and pound him! Who puts an oil pan gasket below the water line????
