You hopefully already know that Flyin' Miata is a dealer for the Exocet kits, one of the coolest concepts in Miata performance that we've seen for a while. It's a pretty easy car to build. But we can make it easier.
Basically, we'll take a Miata, strip it down for you, install the drivetrain and suspension in the chassis, and hand it over to you. We've done the messy heavy lifting, and you get to do the detail work. This detail work takes a while, which means it's expensive to pay someone else to do it. But you won't need any special tools - and more importantly, you won't need space for three cars as you tear one apart, pile it up and build another.
Prices depend on the specs, but a fairly typical one will run $15,000 plus the powdercoat cost. That includes the Exocet Sport kit, a good donor (we're using a 1999 as an example), shipping to the FM shop plus all the labor to tear everything apart and build the roller. We'll pack all the bits you'll need to finish the job in the frame.
The price is for stock everything. If you want to upgrade the suspension, brakes, radiator, etc then it's easy to do. We can also do a clutch change or maintenance on the engine while the whole thing's apart.
Edit - my bad, this meant to say "Exocet roller kits" available. Mods, please?
