Flyin' Miata Summer Camp East at the Mitty

Always wanted to go to FM's Summer Camp, but just can't make it to Colorado? Well, we're taking the show on the road this year, and the Mitty will be the host to Summer Camp East.

The FM tent will be home to technical seminars over the course of the weekend, such as Turbocharging 101, a rundown of new FM products and product development, a guided tour of a V8 Miata, suspension Q&A and the like. Of course, we'll have a number of FM staff there that you can grill to your heart's content on arcane technical matters or just stop in and say hi.

We'll also have a collection of our Miatas there, and will be giving rides throughout the weekend. It looks as if we'll have exclusive use of the small handling track on Sunday and part of Friday, so this will be your chance to experience what a Flyin' Miata can do. We'll have turbocharged cars, supercharged cars and V8 cars for your entertainment.

Naturally, there will also be a collection of shiny FM parts for you to drool on and show specials. We're still working on exactly what will be going on, but we think you'll enjoy it.

I'll be there for sure. This Mitty is turning out to have a different flavor than some previous events; I'm sure having Mazda as the featured marque is a part of it. I love this event!

Tom, if you're nice, we'll let you park your car with ours again

Did you know there's a Warbird clone running around Grand Junction? I'll try to get a picture for you. It's on a slightly different car, but the graphics are eerily similar from the side.

@ Keith- He must have seen my car over the summer and been inspired. I don't suppose I can claim it as an original idea anyway though.
