Back when we did the group buy for the '93-'95 Probe / MX6 V6, we designed the board so it could also be built for a '90-'92 Probe or MX6 with the F2T 2.2 Turbo motor. Unfortunately, we haven't been able to find a suitable test car to bring this second variant to market. Anybody got one we can borrow? It needs to be relatively stock, running on the stock ECU and injectors, and in good mechanical condition. If you can bring it by our shop in the Atlanta area and leave it for about a week, email kevin@diyautotune.com.

We'll be glad to if the Probe / MX-6 community can round up 10 people willing to pre-order and a suitable test car. (See the MSPNP On Demand thread for details.)

Just how stock are you looking for? Mine CAN run on the stock ECU and injectors...

I think you might run into a problem here Matt... Most people interested in Megasquirt that have 90-92s aren't very stock anymore.

Mine is bone frickin stock, but it's an 88. That won't help.

If you can have it running on the stock ECU and injectors when you bring it down, and the wiring harness is in good shape, this might work. Could you send Kevin an email if you're interested?

I'll send Kevin an email today. The catch is that i don't have room in the challenge budget for Megasquirt, but i'd be willing to help you guys out if i can.

If we have two people who want a '88-'89 MSPNP, that's 20% of the way to an MSPNP On Demand for them...

My '89 Probe GT would be a perfect candidate.... 109k original miles, and 100% OEM running condition. Too bad I'm 500+ miles away or you could keep it as long as you needed it :-/

You'll need to log in to post.
