Flight Service, sorry for the delayed response. Seems when I come to GRM's site, I get caught up reading the posts on the main board. The weight of the Zamp FSA-2 Helmet, size large, is approx. 3.8 lbs.

Can the liner in this helmet be removed for washing? I recently happened to road rash up my motorcycle helmet and figured it doesn't hurt to ask if this one could pull both motorcycle commuting duty and track day use.

Matt, the cheek pads are removable. They fasten/unfasten with snaps. The rest of the liner is not designed to be removed from the helmet.
