The headers were damaged by my dad. Lowered springs and low profile tires caused the headers to bottom out on the road when going over bumps and railroad tracks.
I’m not in the place to take the car apart. I have a list of what to get done by the summer to make this car driveable.
Since I’m moving the car here in the next couple weeks to my new house, I decided to get the lug nuts I need for the IROC Wheels, which swapping on will help raise the car up by 2”, which will in turn make it easier to get on a trailer. All 20 for $32 on Amazon, not bad.
My dad is currently cleaning out his massive garage and forgot that he scored me some NOS tunnel pans. Mine rusted out, so this is great to have some new ones.
I absolutely LOVE the angle of that last shot. It just looks so right.
His life finally settled down for you enough to really dig into this project?

Life hasn’t settled down yet, but I hope dig in after the new year. I need to have this thing streetable by July. Aesthetically, ugh, it’s not looking so great.
Unfortunately, I have to put stock springs back in the front, the new tires I’m planning on getting are probably going to interfere with the wheel arches. Yeah the stance looks great, but it may not work.
