Anxious to show it to you....this thing is a bad ... ah ..ambry.
Seat belt mounts and seat mounts are done. Can you believe there are 51 holes in the firewall and inner fenders to be welded shut?
Upper seat bracket....43 holes....stupidity or insanity? Regardless, it was 100% salvaged materials.
Welded 61 holes shut on the firewall and inner fenders....so far. Counted at least 14 more to go and I haven't started cleaning yet. I would guess 20 were previous owner made. Grrrr! Someone told me there are 98 on a '93 Mustang, and I thought there is no way....I don't doubt it now.
After 88 hole were welded shut in the engine bay, we finally got to clean and paint it. I love it when the wife and kids help out.

Not even the most exotic setup I've seen Andy use (the MG is still my favorite) it gets the MC up and out of the way of the big ol' engine going in there.
Amazing work! I notice the name "Denny" on the previous page. Is that Denny of mongrel motorsports fame? I still have dreams about their 2002.

Yes
THAT is how car design should be prioritized. Make the bay fit the best engine and exhaust, not just shove in whatever penalty box exhaust setup you can fit. It's Beautiful.
