Ive decided to pull some of the interior in my effort to have a dd/autocross car. Ill keep a tally of weight lost/added from here on out. Lets see how low I can go!

Ended up getting some goodies for the miata this past weekend:
Traded stock wheels with tires and stock sway bars for: 15x9 +36 Advanti Storm S1s with the new 245 width maxxis tire on them Flyin Miata sways (not sure if for 1.6 or 1.8 car but they fit on my 1.8 so eh)
Other fun updates: stuff to make an intake is on the way and I have collected all of the COP conversion pieces.
Thanks to my badass roommate they COP is now wired in and working well. Car seems to idle better and is more responsive to throttle input. Ill get pics up once the wiring is all wrapped.
The miata is doing great now. However, we are getting some rub on the rear tire. About an inch patch all the way around is now shiny from contact. Should we be worried?
Nice work!
I didn't know about the sticker bomb top, but the photo of you auto crossing it looks like it works. I think the sticker bomb is one of those things you have to commit fully. If you don't put many on it looks, well, odd. Yours works in my book!
Let us know how the Mega squirt goes.
Got some pics from the latest Autocross. Little Miata is looking good!
My lady loves driving it and we will be co-driving at the next event so I can see how it compares to the AE86 I've been driving.
Sweet, I have come back to this thread from time to time because I like Miatas. I didn't have one, but liked them anyway.
So I came back to look at the fender flares, did you figure out the rub?
It looked like you did a good job installing them, swaybars you put on should have been good, any ideas?
