Looking to set up my NC to run with the Appalachian Hill Climb series this year. Aside from the required safety requirements I want to initially upgrade the suspension and brakes. The engine will remain stock for now. I have looked at Penske, Bilstein, Ohlin and others. Any recommendations? Change suspension bushings? Roll bar changes? Who is the best source for braided brake lines. What pads? Drilled discs?

I was a tech and tech instructor from 1967-2012 and have a fully equipped mechanical/machine shop so doing the work my self is not an issue.

Are there class rules that you can review first?

For suspension I would highly recommend XIDA's. My NC came with Ohlins and the XIDA's were a nice upgrade.. I've since sold the car and the buyer recently messaged raving about the suspension so it wasn't just me.
