Organization isn't my strong point, but I managed to find more than I thought I had! There is enough new silicone and machined aluminum to keep a teenager busy for a while...

Packed up nice and tidy with room for more gear. Distilled water jug sprung a leak so just 50/50 mix included but I located a functional fire extinguisher to throw in just in case!

Cannot believe I am actually about to wash the car with the deal I am giving, but I cannot stand yellow pollen on a black car!

I found more papers and parts so I added them to the pile, or rather stuffed them into old containers. 

I added some leftovers from old challenge builds I had laying around... e30, na, dc2, celica gt-s and some I probably forgot. Maybe some old metal and rubber can live on.

Also, my wife asked about right of first refusal? Please ask Jack to offer us a fair deal when he decides to move on.

The license plate frame is Def part of the deal! I have so many of them, and so many more great memories!

First right of refusal is absolutely reasonable! We would be as happy to see it return to your good stewardship as you are to see it go to ours.

You are going to have to explain the Justin Timberlake thing.....lol.

Feel free to continue to clean the garage out!! One man's trash is another man challenge budget advantage. :)
