Unlooming and redoing the wiring harness because everything is in a different place with the headers up. Really loving this for heat management and packaging - the sensors/starter/everything is much easier to access and in safer locations.
These are some serious miatas you've got! I'm in to follow.
How in depth are you going with the wiring harness? Are you mostly just rearranging sensors to fit new locations or are you doing anything special?

Just re-arranging for now, I'd like to do a bulkhead connector at some point and do a bit more surgery, but for the "get it running, driving, stopping" phase I just pulled the loom and repositioned sensors.

Well, NASA '25 season is fast approaching - the first event I'll be at will be NSS on Feb 15/16. Booger is coming together somewhat (i'll write up seperately what's happening there), he runs, drive, and stops - so that's something. But as odd as it seems ol' Boog-ma-gee isn't likely going to see any wheel to wheel racing in '25 - he's more like a science expirement that I'll use to torment GT3's and expensive german things at track days.
As mentioned somewhere in this thread, the plan for '25 has been swap Reginald's drivetrain (the black and tan car) into Ouji-sama (the silver car w/ the purple cage).
Since I have less than 2 weeks before that event, I figured - what the heck, let's go ahead and do that.
Day 2 - 3.5 was a bit of a slog.
Engine out, engine back in
Front subframe out, subframe back in.
That's like a haiku or something. Still not sure if we're going to make it before the event, but some serious work is getting done...
Day 3 continued.
The video sums it, but it was a long - long day. Got the engine, transmission, and diff into the silver car and swapped all the parts onto the black chassis. I also robbed it of it's wiring harness for now.
