2002 Corvette, 80k. ABS, Traction Control, and Active Handling light are on (or showing as check failed). Oil Pressure shows as max as soon as on (before starting the engine). Other than that the car is in average or slightly above average condition.

Seller wants $12k. Buy or Walk?

No rust :-D

Disconnect the battery for 10 mins. Reconnect the battery and start the car. See if any of the warning lights clear. I've seen C5s get very out of shape when spun and return from the autocross course in limp-home mode with a dash like Christmas. Oil pressure switches can fail too, not expensive or difficult to replace with patience.

Or its the ebcm. Which is no longer available. That usually kicks the Christmas lights as well. Abs fixer.com can do the 02 ebcm repair i think. Pegged oil pressure sensor is common.

12k seems a little steep for one with those issues. Better be a damn nice car otherwise.

Yeah i think it could talked down some more with those lights on. Probably easy fixes.

Ok. Seller said he was going fix it by changing one of the wheel hub which he thinks caused all the issues with a bad ABS sensor and then replace the oil pressure sending unit. Price stay the same $12k. Do you think this might fix everything?

Walk or buy? The car is nice but it doesn't pull as hard as I thought a c5 would. It burns tire and all (only first gear) but didn't take off like it was going to snap the clutch in half.

I would say walk. Just about every C5 for sale is listed at $12K so if his is an average one, I would only offer $11K max.
