Hello Everyone, I spent most of the winter in AZ and San Diego. I should have stayed out west longer! I'm back in the Adirondack Mountains of NY. It's still cold and spitting snow.
I've worked a few hours a day over the past couple of weeks switching my unfinished white body with one that's in Red Gel Coat. I completed that late yesterday and went for a drive. I still have to do a good cleaning. Now I can't wait for warmer weather.
Be safe.
Good to see yu back.....this is the bomb!!!!
Such a great looking car!!
Are you still thinking about selling this as a kit? I absolutely love the looks and have been on the verge of ordering a cobra kit for a while, but this really appeals to me.

Thank you for your interest. I've decided to offer a kit. It's pretty basic as it's the 2 piece body, the frame fully welded but unpainted, aluminum panels that are cut to size and bent to fit, and coil over shock mounts. It's a simple car to build and can be built with readily available parts from Speedway, Jeggs, Summit, ect. I'm finishing up a build list and instructions. I just sold a kit 2 weeks ago and have 2 more bodies and 2 frames. I'm building a website. It should be up and running this week. This is for fun and as a hobby for me.
I don't want to violate any forum rules. I need to find out what it costs to advertise it and get permission to offer it for sale here.
I've put 4,000 miles on the car this summer. IMO it drives and handles great. It doesn't take a lot of power to make it fast.
That's awesome!
What chassis is it sitting on?

It's my own space frame. 1984-1996 C4 Corvette suspension. Small Block Chevy or LS engines. C4 Cor vette independent suppension. 93 inch wheelbase, 42 inches to the top of the windshield frame, 1912lbs wet, (with all iron SBC), 4.5 inch ground clearance.

Everything said above is perfect!
Would the chassis lend itself to installing a roll bar? I'd love to be able to send it around an occasional track day, but rollover protection is critical for that.

Yes. Frames have roll bar receivers built in. The full width hoop can slide in and bolt in. A competition roll bar similar to FF competition Cobra can be fabricated and mounted to to the top frame rails. It would be pretty simple to make that a full cage as well.
