Looking for all the required parts to make front and rear suspension for my go kart build. I have the frame, chassis, body all ready, no interior yet, I am wondering what I will need and how I should do it, by that meaning how I should make the steering knuckle, lug hub, control arms, ect? I'm using a gsxr 600 motor all inside a wide body pacer kart

How about repurposing atv knuckles and hubs?

I've seen a home built cart use a plate of aluminum with some welded on blocks for the spindle upright before. I have no idea what the actual spindle snout was...it was bolted on so probably just a hub of whatever car's brake kit they were using. The Ball joints were just rod ends with high angle spacers. Rod end was threaded into the control arms and a bolt went though the eye into the welded on blocks of the upright that were threaded.

Was kind of an exocet looking cart with a ford focus engine/trans mounted in the rear. Overall it was a nice high quality build.
