2000 Fleetwood Wilderness Repair

Picked up this fleetwood earlier this summer from a family member. Was told it had a minor leak. First trip out extended the awning and the front lower pickup point ripped free from the rotted joist. Brought it home and opened it up

Eventually, they all leak. I was told at one time the worse thing you could do to a travel trailer or RV is take it outside...
