Iron Trap Garage might have one.
Here are some photos from Napa.
This is the gap between a cylinder and its valve, there is a small smooth ditch to allow air to pass between easily. You can see two plugs sealing up the water jacket.
Here you can see the patch breaking into the cylinder's sleeve.
Another plug.
The boat anchor as she sits today, all decked and happy-ish. I reached out to a guy in California that has a running 322 engine, tanny, rear end and the chassis if he can find it. $800.

Not intentionally
Looks like someone tried to use lock n stitch style plugs to stitch a crack. They are kinda neat, they have a thread form that pulls the crack tighter when you tighten them down. You drill a hole, insert the plug, drill one next to/into it, etc until the crack is sealed. I saw someone stitch an 18" long crack in the outside of a Cummins six in a Ford truck, successfully, but it is my understanding that head gasket clamp loads can cause them to open up when used on a deck surface.

Thank you, Everything helps. Top hat sleeves aren't available for a 322, but as I understood the Napa guy, it wouldn't matter; no meat in the block.
We used a German made cutter like the one in the video made by Wallenhapper. You made cutter adjustments on the head after a trial cut. You could also hold a collar and the cutter would feed out from the CL, to fly cut a counter bore etc. Haven't seen one since.
The 322 (left) has two vents on the oil fill tube while the 346 has only the one up top; I couldn't find a reason for it anywhere. Think a little extra venting would harm the 346?
Rant:
Seven days ago I ordered $250 in gaskets for the LaSalle Engine, no confirmation email, wait 4 more day for Shipping confirmation, nuttin. Checked the Junk/Spam folders, nuttin.
Found another provider this morning, confirmation email in 10 minutes, 30 minutes it's shipped. In the garage SWMBO comes in with a box from the first store.
I call, explain, "That's weird, issue with labeling so it's held up". Well no, it's here.
"OK, we'll take it back minus a 20% restocking fee and store credit ONLY".
Putz.
Rant off. =~ (
Spoke with the Sales Rep that sent the email. as we were talking I received an email telling me that my order has been shipped. I broke out laughing. Later I received another email:
Daniel - - With the production of our new App there have been some issues with filtering in the software. Due to this, you did not receive any confirmation emails and I apologize. Please return the material to us at the below address, we will refund you fully and once received, we will add $25 to your account USD in store credit for your next purchase.
Again I sincerely apologize for the inconvenience.
Well that was nice and the right thing.
On hold.
I bought a later year 346 Caddy engine, sending it to Napa for machining soon. It's the same block as the 322 but punched out 1/4" to give 346 Cu.In. I don't think the owner ever changed the oil. black muck all over the inside. It didn't have the optional oil filter. Going to get it cleaned, decked & honed with a valve job. Will have new bearings, rings etc. and I'm using the 322 heads I had milled. They should up the compression to something higher than 6.5 : 1.
For now I'm trying to McGuyver a new 2.5" exhaust I got from a BBC El Camino. It has a something Turbo muffler, but I think I may need more back pressure. The stock muffler is rotted and the size of a trash can. The headliner needs a bath. I redid the chrome on the grille with 1/4" chrome mylar. The full wheel covers are rusty so I'm looking for Baby Moons to fit the skinny 16" wheels. Factory hub caps (dog dishes) are $800.

A Denver 24 Hours of Lemons racer has an assortment of Cadillac Flathead engines and parts for sale. Don't know if any of his stuff is helpful, and he says no shipping, but I'm sure Lemons racers and GRM Forum members could arrange a relay.

You always need the right size pipe, and you always need appropriate jetting for the airflow through the engine, but you never need more backpressure.
Have you tried any of the trusty old rust removal methods on the grille and wheel covers? Evaporust, electrolysis, or even just 0000 steel wool and WD-40 might help. They won't turn rust into chrome but they can turn some pretty scungy junk look fairly presentable.

seriously .Never need more backpressure on a 4 stroke engine, especially a flat head.
The grille is cast with 1/4" strips of shiny chrome glued to the horizontal bars. Thing weighs about 40lbs. I peeled off the glued on material, hit the bars with a sanding block to smooth it out, then applied chrome colored Mylar. I'll go out later and take a picture for you.
There's a little deformation where I tried to wrap the hard edge, I'll address that on a warmer day. =~ (
I think that turned out pretty good actually...
Can't wait for the first test drive - be sure and take a video for us!
