This is just prototype.must make my own,as no one sells a system for my car
The arm that will bolt to my bodyshell, is 10 inches. the drop arm to rod mount is 8.5 inches ( the act.rod mount will be close to 7 inchs). It is made of 2x1 inch box steel.i will insert a hard plastic filler into the box steel, for extra strength. On the part of the car it will mount is also box steel. At this time I am adding polyester resin to fill that box. After it is filled and hardend, I will drill some holes to mount to car, any thought here?
yes I know the steel is to thin, just left over steel I had, this is prototype to check fit.
