Hell yeah dude! What kind of blower can you use with the smaller engines anyway? Or do you somehow shoehorn a junkyard eaton M90 onto it laugh?

In reply to GIRTHQUAKE :

A buddy picked up a Mercedes 230slk blower for $80 a few years ago in Cali. 2.3l blower should work for a 1.8l I would think. If not the boom will be spectacular.

More cutting and more berkeley...

Take a second to breathe. It goes the whole way through. Time to stop and brace the body I guess. E36 M3. I knew it was soft but decent.

I know most of you know. The painted one is from a washing machine. It's converting to German sports car. The .125 and bigger plate is from an old tank manufacturer that left their property and I freighted an old Nissan 2wd hardbody to get full sheets of 0.125 to 0.500 inch plates home.

4" grinder is a great tool but not terribly exact. Ordered this today.

We have a lot on our plate time wise right now but the Mrs. keeps telling me to pitter-patter and get at 'er.

Need to finish weld the braces and start cutting.

If you don't already have one of these they are super handy with the work you're doing. Great for getting into tight spaces to knock down welds or grind out rust. The belts they come with now are pretty decent but 3M cubitron is the way to go . Sadly it was onsale in the past two months or so for $35.

One of the best things ever invented.

I have a dynafile 2 pneumatic one. No compressor so I may need to get one of those for a bit.

Sand paper, scotchbrite...so good.
