Mini lites or Fuch wheels? Mine is the light blue color also, but I'm thinking gray instead of polished wheels. Go for 16" and low pro?

Four bolt or five bolt?
I've always preferred the four bolt 914 2.0 Fuchs, either plain silver or with painted backgrounds versus the five spoke Fuchs wheels.
I'm not a huge fan of polished five apple Fuchs either. It's one of the few cases where I like black wheels better.
I don't hate Rivieras, and would consider throwing them into the mix as well.
And I think 16s look too big on these cars. If you're not going for an all out track car with a punishing ride, keep it on 15s and enjoy a little sidewall flex.
Mine is a 2.0 5-speed, currently with steel wheels. I will say the 5 speed is much better at speed than the 4 speed.
911 bolt pattern Fuchs if you want to go thru the trouble of changing over to 5 lug ,
Otherwise Mini lites because they are pretty rare ,
There are at least 3 types of Rivieras , so make sure you get a "set" and not mismatched ones

FWIW, I always liked they way that 914s look on those particular steelies that you have, when they are in their original silver. The details pop in the lighter color.

This car is so lovely in transients, I don't know if one would even notice the sidewall flex.
As a fellow 914 guy I say Minilites, but they are one of my favorite wheels. I have a set of Pedrinis that will probably go on our Karmann Ghia.
5 lug I would go baller and put on the gas burners if you can find them. Lightest Porsche wheel and look great while flexing a little bit. Otherwise it would be 5 lug period Fuchs.

Mahle wheels. Originals are fairly expensive, but there is some company (IMPE?) making em new
to Porsche guys or Cal Look guys "gas burners" are the factory magnesium 5x130mm pattern rims from an early 911 ,
The 4 lug Mahles (link above) or Petrini's are aluminium 4x130mm pattern ,
and then we have American racing magnesium rims !
Ive always liked this style of wheel, seems to suit small diameters on small cars
