I would like to say yes but I am sure the answer is no. I still plan on going. Probably with with the VW rat rod truck

What is that diff setup?

What is that diff setup?
The internals from a VW bug trans with sealed bearings and a Hayabusa sprocket

Are you guys going to evacuate ahead of Dorian?
We are hoping not to. We just have to wait and see.
I love how much you love these little trucks and oddball vans. And the small dogs too.
Serious question- could this van wheelie when it runs? I doubt you WANT it to, but... could it?

I wish!!
No, I do not think so
Engine mounts are coming together
Not a turbo. Variable exhaust valve just for fun. Will be hidden by the muffler
Here is the chain diff held in place with some clamps approx. where it will go.
This is the chain/sprocket guard and left bearing support which is clamped in place with wood, screwdrivers etc. There will be a lot more bracing but this is the general idea.
I put a few pieces in place just to make sure that I am leaving enough room for everything to eventually fit. That is an unused stock muffler from a Buell Lightning which was originally situated under the engine on the stock motorcycle. It puts the minuscule van size in perspective!

Thanks! Making steady progress on it. Trying to get the electric reverse done this week.
