What kind of paint job are you planning on doing?
In reply to Ben_Modified :
You should paint it like a school bus & get a flip-out stop sign for the side!

got some work done on the outer support bearing and shifter connection. Just need to add the 3 bars to connect the bearing housing to the engine support framework.
The re re-work of the header is coming along nicely.
Also used some scrap aluminum to cobble together a couple of different shifter for the Hayasubi. Not quite finished, but close. Waiting on a pistol grip shifter before I thread the tops.
Reworked headers are done and fit great!
Still have some welding to do next time I take the pipes off.
Lots of progress has been made on the 360 Van. It is nearly ready to fire up and take for a test drive as soon as I finish mounting the front seat and seat belts. Here are some photos of the progress. The "steering tower" is not finished. I have been keeping a set of welding gloves on the unfinished pointy part so as to not gouge any important bits. There are a total of 3 cooling fans going in. 2 for the radiator and 1 for the oil cooler which will all work independently. Beyond the tons of finish welding and grinding which are needed, I still need to fashion a scoop under the van to direct air up to the engine compartment and eventually work on mounting a windshield!
I apologize for not seeing this until now.......the Bianchi made my eyes cross and I fell on the floor ......er not exactly...speaking of which, do still have the Bianchi?

Still have it. Looking for a better engine at the moment

Did you incorporate this reverse philosophy on the Bianchi too? .....uh what was wrong with the 650/750 sport bike bullett you have in it now??
In reply to 759NRNG :
I have done anything with the reverse in the autobianchi yet. It has an R1 1000cc now but is well worn. Looking for another R1 in better shape. It is much cheaper to buy another engine than it is to rebuild this one
That's so good.
Question- why not a centered seating position? Seems to me that it would be far more comfortable for you; you look contorted around that wheel hump.

It is surprisingly roomy. If I slide over to the passenger side I can straighten my legs out completely and if I recline the seat it is comfortable enough to sleep on. The headroom is a little tight but adequate. So far I am very happy with it!
