The LS in the mix, so maybe going in the right direction?

seen that link, no LS in my plans. the adapter may work but not the flywheel. saw a guy trying to get started in the adapter business with a Chevy engine to all 1990 and newer Subaru trans, stick and auto, but he's in the prototype stage with no idea of pricing.

I have a 488ci BBC sitting on a stand in the corner, and every time I have to push it around , I start getting visions of a Lola t-70 or T-29 style car, home built Locost inspired Highway Cruiser.

Build it light, fast, kinda cheap.

Did they make a Tribeca 6-speed auto? I know they made a 5-speed auto (5EAT) but this is the first I've heard about a 6-speed.

There's a few threads here and there where people have started projects of plugging an SBC into a 4EAT but they never go into specific technical detail (or even seem to finish).

OOPS!!

lack of sleep and fat fingers, you are right I meant 5 speed.

how can I edit  title??? or just let it die?

I've done a ton of searches, all leading nowhere.

It was just a wet dream any ways, after looking at my finances, it will have stay a wet dream.
