Thanks for bringing some festive Christmas butt-crack into all of our lives!
Been working on Suburban every day, most of it has been sanding and fixing little details. I wish I had a better pic of it but I sprayed Raptorliner on the whole underside and it turned out great. This weekend we will be spraying high build primer on the rest of it and next weekend it is getting painted. Here is pic of wheelwell with Raptorliner and a pic of the Canada-only GMC 920 emblems from the front fenders. One of them was media blasted and the other hasn't, I'll be repainting them
So excited to see this thing in color... What did you end up going with if you don't mind me asking?

After much research and thought, we have decided to go with the original yellow.
I tackled the re-upholstery of the rear seat today and it worked out surprisingly well. The hog ring pliers they supplied were crap so I made my own out of a pair of pliers.
My wife and our painter friend gave the whole Suburban a coat of high build primer and it looks freakin amazing. I took this pic with the light in such a way that the shadows would reveal any flaws or waviness in the long, long body panels. Just look at it!
I'm digging the hell out of this in more way than one! my co-daily driver is an 88 V10(K10) Suburban, and I work in the Nuclear community, I wish I could have snagged this one up! Keep up the hard work!

It is for sale but the more I put it together, the more I'm going to need for it.

As much as I would love to buy it, I have my hands full already, Project car, 1/2 Project Suburban, a house to maintain ect...
We spent all day yesterday and today sanding, cleaning and seam sealing the Suburban then we transported it over to the paint shop. I wish I had pictures of it, the thing is meant for semi-trucks and is the biggest, nicest booth I've ever seen. It's all ready for epoxy sealer tomorrow, I'll try to get more pics. We also picked up the chassis from blasting so the work on that will begin soon.
We got the body into the booth and the painter put down a layer of epoxy sealer then two coats of yellow. This was all done on the inside of the shell and the jams and underside of the the other panels. Tomorrow we will be doing the outside of the shell and panels. The color looks orange in some light and yellow in others.
When this is all put back together.......is there a chance you might sell the PWRWAGN and use this as your tow pig?

No chance at all
Today the outside of the Suburban got 3 coats of yellow and 2 coats of clear and it looks amazeballs.
