Actually it's tomorrow morning. Breakfast is on me for anyone in La Grange!

Oh and tell Indy-Kid #5 happy birthday. Is that the one that wouldn't fit in the TR4 earlier? You should give #5 a ride if so.

No, that one (in the stroller at the time) was #6. But I will give both of them a ride in the TR4 just as soon as I can get focused and make some forward progress.

I just told Lil Stampie a couple of weeks ago but if you want I can explain to you where all these kids are coming from. In a McDonald's drive thru right south of Atlanta. Ran out of sweet tea and my fat ass needed food.
I'm at a rest area about a mile from where I'm meeting the gentleman in the morning. Going to crash.
Bathroom sink in the rest stop. You'd think the fact there wasn't water would be enough to prevent people from using it.

I'm so glad you're a young man. I look forward to sitting on a rocking chair in a nursing home in my old age viewing the progress of your countless projects! A retirement to look forward to! Keep up the good work

FLATHEAD!
woo hoo 60hp
Which would still be more than terrifying in his track-T.
Got to my dad's in upstate SC a few hours ago. It's been bugging me not knowing the year so my dad and I started scraping away.
That translates to a 1941 Cadillac Series 62.
In reply to Stampie :
A GM 5.7 liter V8? You have no imagination!
But, for real, thats a great choice!
In reply to RossD :
But does a Cadillac count as GM being standard of the world and all?
Got back a little bit ago. 1600 miles in 50 hours. Not bad for a solo trip. Coming back through Georgia a gentleman pulled up beside me and asked if I'd pull over. Send his dad left him some Ford flatheads/trans truck frames and a cab. Wanted to know if I was interested. We exchanged numbers and he said he'd get some pictures together next week.
Speaking of pictures here it is uncovered. It's a big SoB.
In reply to RossD :
Water pump, oil pump, and modern replaceable bearings. It is a Cadillac so nothing half assed.
