He was a super fun dude! Do we know where his safari project ended up?
With Amelia Island coming up I was thinking the other day about the 911 Safari we took pictures of for him last year.

I'm not positive, but the last time I spoke to his widow it seemed likely the guy who'd built his engine for it was going to be buying the car.
I had no idea he passed on. He will be missed

It was last year, only a couple weeks after his last post in this thread.
As his widow & I discussed last year, it's hard to ever call death a "good" thing, but as active a life as Jim lived - even after surviving a couple strokes - dying in his sleep from one vs. being left in a vegetative state truly was a blessing.
