Wow!!
A buddy has a GT6 that I've done a bunch of work on (rebuilt the engine and gearbox, all the brakes, suspension etc) so I'll be watching for your GT6 project!
This will be similar to David Link's V8 GT6 except the body, chassis and paint are all first class. Similar blueprint to the TR4A, so electric power steering and Vintage Air HVAC. I'll create a new build page soon.
It was an absolute disaster to find the paint code, eventually got the mix and guess what? A gallon of Caribbean Blue Metallic and the matching clear was over $2,500! Better look like this when it is done!
No, I ended up pulling it and converting it back to a carb (Holley 390). Despite Fitech's assurance that I could get it to work properly on a smaller engine (3.9 litre), it was fouling the plugs and running rich and I just could not get it right.

Not surprised. More ways for aftermarket efi to go wrong than right. I have a fitech on a shelf myself. Taught me a lot about efi along the way.
Thought you all might want to see where the GT6 project is so far, I think the power to weight ratio should be adequate. Engine is a TWS Rover 3.9, rated at 280 HP and 280 TQ. Ford T5 with S10 tail to relocate the shifter and Subaru R160 from a WRX and the Rotoflex suspension with CV axles. Should be quite a ride.
As clean underneath as it is on top. Love the rotisserie makes all the difference in paint and body work!
