I need to move soon, so my whole collection of cars need to go. Some of them could turn into some decent daily drivers with a little bit of elbow grease, the rest would be some great GRM challenge or Lemons cars. I have a car problem like Hoovie, so it is time for them to go.
$1000 each (except for the $500 Jag and the 2 for 1 Jag special)
1. 1987 Toyota Camry DX- This is manual 5-speed model with roll up window, manual locks, etc. Currently at 169,745 miles. Had a new timing belt, tensioners, water pump, etc. around 160K. Was getting about 40 MPG. Has a newer alternator, CV axle, and other misc. parts. Was running great, but the fuel pump went out. I put in some cheap Ebay pump in and it doesn't work. This car would make an awesome winter beater! However it would be a great class C Lemons car due to the reliability and great MPG. The spare package would include several extra rims including BBS wheels with okay tires, newish KYB shocks, extremely rare factory strut bar, newer battery, mint condition grill and other parts.
2. 1995 Nissan Maxima GLE- Another car that could be a great DD with some TLC or a decent Lemons car too. The AC still works on it. This was my mom's Maxima, it lived a pretty pampered life with 3000 miles oil changes most of the life and regular transmission fluid changes. It currently has 165,815 miles. It was a great daily too, with getting over 30 MPG. The power steering is leaking and gets a steady diet of Lucus power steering fluid. More recent one of the cylinders started misfiring. I swapped out coils and that didn't help. One of the injectors was bad, so I put in a newer one. However it shortly failed after replacement. I am fairly certain that the wire from the ECU to the injector is rubbing against something, this was a known issue for this year. I hate messing with electronical troubleshooting! This year Maxima is pretty desirable as it was the lightest of the generation and had OBD II along with CONSULT port. Remove the drop resistor and then you have a factory shift kit! I raced a rental one of these many years in the Poconos. Amazingly, me and a Contour SVT were tearing up the track with hitting well into the triple digits on the straights and then dive bombing into the first corner. One of the instructors rode with me and asked what kind of brake upgrades I did! I was like this is bone stock! The spares package includes a new power steering rack, a ton of new coil packs, some new fuel injectors, and other parts.
3. 1979 Jaguar XJ6- The first Jag I have for sale, is one with the original 6 cylinder engine. Not sure on the mileage for this one. The interior is in mint condition, but missing the bottom section of back seat. Might be able to sell that off to recoup some money. I never had this car running as it needed a new starter. It comes with a starter for the car. The car is missing one of the gas tanks. The paint is pretty horrible, but not too much rust. I bought this for $500 and will sell it for the exact price. 
4. 1982 Jaguar XJS with V8 conversion - This has a Chevy 350 engine along with a 3-speed automatic transmission. This supposedly had an engine with less than 30 miles on it and a fresh transmission. This car features a factory LSD and a really nice Nardi steering wheel. I played around with it some, but never could get it to run. The spares package includes headlight conversion pieces (two circular ones),comes with one piece type, an extra V8 conversion kit and other misc. parts that I took off a 1983 XJS.
5. 1979 Jaguar XJ6 with V8- This one has a Chevy 350 conversion also. This one was running and driving great, but the carb needs attention. It will fire up with no problems with some starter fluid. This supposedly has a low mileage GM replacement engine in it. It has great compression and was easily able to get sideways on my initial test drive! The body is okay. The cons for this one include that the interior is trash and the rear window is busted out. I would like to sell this along with my 1984 Jag. This is a 2 for 1 special! Both cars for $1000!
6. 1984 Jaguar XJ6 with V8- This has the a Chevy V8 conversion too. As a contrast to the 1979 Jag above, this had a recent interior restoration. The body is in decent condition, though it has some cosmetic damage from a trailer scrapping the doors. This one was still running and driving, however the engine is pretty tired. I want to sell this one with the Jag above. This is the other 2 for 1 car.
