I love those little things. Living on a 1/2 acre it would be completely useless to me, but I sill love them.

If it were a grand cheaper I'd suggest sticky tires and $2016 Challenge. 
I have a 1/2 acre and a Japanese diesel tractor. Smaller than the ford but still have front and rear pto and a class 1 3 point hitch. Very handy
