Yes two seats fit. They originally came that way. There obviously isn't a lot of room, but there's enough for two regular sized folks.

Not anymore Joe. This one is just the body laid on top of a Dwarf racing chassis. MAJOR changes would be needed to accomplish that:
Note, Shifter would need to be relocated, plus whatever chassis tubes are under that sheet metal.

The shifter isn't what scares me- I'm pretty sure there's a driveshaft under there too.
