I have my reasons but I have made my choice and it is time for this one to find a new home.
1958 Panhard Dyna Z. Clean IL title in my name. NO Drivetrain. JUST THE BODY/Interior/trim/glass
Relatively complete interior/body with what seems to be all trim and bumpers present.
I may have lost or never had all of the headlight trim.
Has all Glass. All glass except windshield is in good shape. Windshield has several chips and a vertical crack. Rear window is good. Windshield and rear window are removed from car as the seals were SHOT.
Body is relatively solid but floor is basically gone. These were unibody cars and have a basically completely flat floor at the bottom of some large boxed sills. The sills need attention but all of the metal above the flat bottom of the sill is "okay".
Front and rear windows are packed in shaped transportation "boxes".
I've decided to move on so I want it gone. I don't really want to sit on it. I want it out of the garage. This weekend it will end up under a tarp on my trailer. Please someone come get it.
Price: I would really like to trade it for a rough Manx clone Buggy body. I want a classic style body, no t-bucket or other wierd half truck ones. Just a classic Manx clone. Ideally with hood. It can have cracks, or damage, mounts can be all messed up. The one from the 2023 failed PLB would be PERFECT.
IF you are interested in the Panhard and have a Manx clone body that you think "There is no way he will want this" I might.
IF you are intrested in the Panhard and don't have a Manx clone body, but you live within 6-8 hours of Central IL, and find one on FBM that you think "That dollar amount is a dollar amount I would give for that Panhard and also ~$200" I will bring the Panhard to your house in exchange for that Manx clone body.
IF you are interested in the Panhard body and don't have a Manx clone body but think "I want to turn that into a Drag and drive car" or "I want to turn that into a LeMons car" or "I want to turn that into a Challenge car" I am very flexible, Like I would accept 2 gallons of (non-expired) Bondo Fiberglass resin and some Chopped strand mat.
I'd just initially like to try to get a Manx clone out of it, and I want it to leave soon, so leaving soon may win over Manx Clone.
