1960 Mercury Comet Wagon - NMNA

So, I've looked at this ad a few times and think the car is cool. Today I showed it to Mrs T.J. who surprising liked it other than the front seat where she did not appreciate the duct tape. It seemed like if I wanted to go check it out, I could bring it home without much grief. I don't really have the time for it, and there are other things that I really would be better off spending my money on. Agreed. I think I like it about 2400 worth.

I had a 61 Mercury Meteor in high school. Same basic lines but a sedan. It also had the 2-speed, which was enough to break all US speed limits in first, but not very quickly. This car definitely makes me want another one again, but not right now and not at that price.
