Ad does not give me any scam vibes.
Now, picture may not be current. Other side may be trashed, and he forgot to mention it; maybe the wheels are already sold... stuff like that
He might not be a honest guy, might be hard to deal with, and something is up. But not one of F B many outright scam ads.
