Honestly depends. If previous owners did proper repairs, and not hack jobs, it may not be that bad.

As cool as this looks, everything of this vintage from Japan, in my experience, has sheet metal roughly the same gauge as heavy duty Reynolds aluminum foil. The paint may be about the only thing holding that loose assemblage of parts in formation.

Well aware, it's just many people think rare equals $$$. Not many of those trucks left, but they're not worth much, small market.

While the first gen s10 is only 10 inches too long in the wheelbase the real issue is width. The S10 track width is 18 inches wider than the 320.
Those things are as narrow as a classic mini
