Was just looking at my local CL and found this:

http://jacksonville.craigslist.org/cto/3924846883.html

it's been up there nearly 2 weeks, so not sure if it is still for sale. Almost sounds / looks too good to be true. No indication from ad if it's a 1600 or 2000 (was there still a 1600 in 1970?).

WARNING:

Ad says to reply by e-mail, and I am adding a warning because the location is Jacksonville (Fl.) but in the ad's header it also has HHI....and while I'm no expert on this area, I don't have any idea what HHI is / stands for, so it's a possible "scam" ad.

HHI is probably short for Hilton Head Island which is coastal South Carolina just north of the Georgia border.

The car is also listed in the Hilton Head craigslist

How is that too pretty to be true? For $3000, flat tires, needs engine work, 1600 rather than 2000. If anything I would think it is slightly overpriced.
