1971 Triumph Bonneville

'71 Triumph Bonneville with 17.5K miles. Just about everything is original, even the Dunlops. I've owned it for nearly a decade and have put about 500 miles on it. It needs to be used. It runs great. Starts from stone cold on the first or second kick. Since I bought it I have replaced the coils and seat and I added a pre-OIF appearance kit. I have all the original parts. Asking $3700 OBO or trade for a newer BMW R bike. Also looking for a Ural or BMW-appropriate sidecar. Located near Charleston, WV 25177.

Why have you put so few miles on it?

I ask because I've always wanted a Brit bike and have passed on three great deals, because I was afraid I wouldn't use it.

I just don't have much time. I have a BMW that is the go-to bike when I do have time, but with three small kids, I have other priorities. I bought the Bonneville for my wife and she never rode it, so if I can get a sidecar rig, I can take the family along.
