Thought I had it sold but mandated flakiness has lead me here. Clean title in my name, have glass I can sell separately, along with various other parts.  Cut some small pieces out of it before I decided to switch to an S2 body, I saved them and they Will be included. Located in Marietta, GA

Also have an S2 frame if anyone needs one for some reason

After I got let down on the body up north, that is definitely of interest, and I will be following along, if I manage to put any money together!
My ga contract did end, and the FL that was looking good got canceled, but I'm hopeful blush

Dont know the differences in chassis, but gotta ask how much!

So tempting.  Before I built the Outlaw Bug, I had wanted to put a Europa body over a complete tube chassis with about 300 hp.

yeah there are a lot of sports racer and formula car chassis that are pretty close in size to a europa, would be a fun way to make a formula car track day legal for orgs that don't allow open wheel cars

chassis I'm asking 500, you could probably make it fit with a decent amount of cutting of both the chassis and the body, but not super easy

Unfortunately, my 1988 Reynard FC car had a wheelbase longer than a Europa.  One must sit a little more upright to be able to shorten the wheelbase.  I wanted to use an existing mid-engine formula car because of already existing dry-sump oiling, racing trany, brakes, suspension, etc.   I wanted center seating, and figure access would be through a roof door like a funny car.  Figured it could be under 1400 lbs.

a formula mazda car isn't super far off in terms of wheelbase, and they're available at a reasonable price, if anyone needs some inspiration.

My only fear with the FM is how difficult it will be to get engine parts.  The chassis is robust enough to handle the needed braces to hold the body, and you do sit more upright.  Kind of old school suspension, but OK for a track day car.  Of course, I sometimes wander towards making it also street legal, which is easy in Florida.

A co-worker and infrequent forum member is interested if you still have this.  I will PM you his contact information.

still have this sitting under my carport. How's $500 for a forum member? Also have some front glass off my other europa I'm planning on replacing with lexan, so I could throw that in for an additional cost

Why are these cars always missing an engine. Is there really that much demand for old 1.5 litre Renault engines?

I got it as a stalled project with an upgraded chassis and an ecotec motor. Sold those separately so I'm left with the body

Lowering price to $250, any less than that and I think I'd just keep it and cut the side off for a wall hanging
