My dad had vans back in the late 70s. The Chevy was more comfortable than the Dodge, but the Fords (he never had one) always looked like they would be way more comfortable than either of them.
I had a Dodge of that vintage, also a 1966 GMC. Slam the brakes on the GMC and you thought you were headed over the dash and out the front!!
