Short list: rebuilt engine with Mikes stock bore big fin kit, 650Central Mikunis, 2 into 1 megaphone, hydraulic clutch conversion with heavy duty springs and plates, 18" rear wheel from XS500, new steel JT sprockets and O ring chain, PAMCO with E advancer, Mikes ign coil and wires, 1.9' tach and speedo, Hotwing Glass seat and front fender, 11mm front master cylinder which makes all the difference in the world in stopping power, braided stainless lines for clutch and brakes. bronze swingarm bushings, new rear shocks, front forks rebuilt. Replaced the weird gears that break in the starter mechanism, it works fine.
I detest rusty bolt heads so just about everything on this bike has been replaced with stainless Allen head or chromed nuts, washers etc. The lower rear shock bolts were a BEAR to find; weird size and thread.
The only thing that hasn't been done is a PMA conversion. The stock charging system is working fine, though.
All the hard nasty dirty work has been done, ride and enjoy as is or start with a solid running bike as your canvas. Has a clear SC title, none of this junk of nine bills of sale stapled together with questionable signatures and stuff. Is currently licensed insured etc, not a 'ran when parked' thing.
