$500 GETS YOU EVERYTHING. CLEAN TITLE ON HAND.
CASH ONLY. FIRM (READ: $500) PRICE.

THE B230FT IS PENDING SALE AS IS THE M47 TRANSMISSION. EVERYTHING ELSE IS STILL FOR SALE.

Email the linked address--if you're serious about the sale I'll give you my number. You will have to figure out transportation as the car is totally inoperable. It's in a single car garage with about ~25ft to the opposite curb. Tow got it in, tow can get it out. Prepare accordingly.

Stuff you get:
- A solid, rust-free frame (car has lived its whole life in the American Southwest/Rockies)
- A billion boxes of parts (most of everything that you'll need to get it in a minimally functional state)
- An m46 (in the car)
- A complete microsquirt 3.0 kit (again everything you need to have it run)
- A ton of fuel injectors (s60r, 850 t5, ford lightning, etc.)
- 2 heads (kjet and port)
- 2 turbos (t3 flanges (ofc), forgot specific models, stock units for 740 turbo units, one needs a rebuild)
- Ported 90+ manifold
- Kjet stuff (intake manifold, fuel management everything)
- Random distributors (one modified with a hall sensor for the microsquirt)
- Stock radiator and intercooler (will need a deep clean) --> I should probably specify that unless otherwise noted these parts are OEM Volvo
- A bunch of camshafts (3?), some turbo spec, some not
- Plumbing
- A non-functional b21ft that will need quite a lot of machine work
- Powersteering rack + pump
-IPD front and rear swaybars
- A full tank of old gas!
- Many, many other parts that I'm forgetting

The good:
- The car is structurally sound
- Most of the parts are in decent condition
- With some time/effort/money you're getting two powerplants

The not-so-good:
I won't sugarcoat this, the car is going to take a lot of love and work to be even semi-functional.

It's sat neglected for over a year. I bought this car as a teen and I greatly overestimated my ability to keep up with it over the years. Far too ambitious for my skill level.
Life caught up and my spare hours for tinkering are virtually nill. So it goes.

The B21FT needs serious machine work. Needs a rebore and more. Unanticipated catastrophic head gasket failure (the final nail in the coffin for me) somehow caused the cylinder walls to degrade an extreme amount. Local shop took a look at it and while it isn't a total loss it will require, again, a significant amount of work to be sound (work I was/am incapable of doing). Worth it? Up to you.

Cosmetics: The windshield needs a replacement. There is minor rusting (meaning cosmetic) on the driver's front and rear quarter panel and passenger's fascia under the headlight. Paint is in rough condition. It's missing trim. The interior is in very, very poor shape. The front seats are destroyed and the carpet is rough. Missing lots of interior trim but I have (most) of the pieces on hand (the previous owner removed most of it for some unknown reason--my biggest contribution to the mess is the wiring in the driver's footwell, which, swearing on all that's holy, was not as bad as it is in the album) The rear bench is... fine. Not great.

Mechanics: For the most part, the car was a solid when it did run. It could use a total suspension rehaul (struts, springs, bushing, whatever--it's all original and seemingly has not been touched since the vehicle was manufactured). It will need driver-side tires, both rear and front (a poor at-home installation is the root of the issue, the wheels are fine). The brakes were in good condition, but that's a tad irrelevant. The transmission (an m46) was in decent condition as was the clutch. Rear end is strong, could use a flush. Fuel pumps were strong--in boost at ~13psi I'd consistently read rich AFRs (<13.00). Needs a complete exhaust. Power steering rack was leaking badly hence the extra unit. Will need inner/outer tie rods.

Electric: Various electric gremlins. Previous owner "modified" the god-awful engine harness and various other systems which proved to be a constant source of headaches. The wiring is a mess and would probably benefit from a total rehaul. For some reason, the hatch harness was cut and I never got around to fixing the defroster (the rear wiper worked I did fix). Needs a blower motor. Needs a lot, to be frank.

Summary/conclusion
So that's the rundown, or as much of one as I'm willing to write currently. There's a reason I'm letting it go for so cheap--a roughly calculation of what it'd be worth in scrap + the microsquirt module is where most the value is derived (what this means is that you're getting a E36 M3load of parts for "free", as they aren't factored in to the price). Sensibly this car could be a great track/drift toy, scrap, parts pig, whatever you want it to be. A full restoration would be... extremely difficult, but probably doable with the right people and the right money (as with everything).

Wow. Lots of money worth of parts there.

I think I'd do this if it were closer.  Sell all the parts to pay for V8 swap.
