Well, the BOV is worth a good $100-$150 on its own, so there's that at least.
If someone here buys the car and doesn't want to deal with the BBQ paint, i have a stock manifold or four laying around.

Two Mazdas are better than one.
I had one of these and loved it. A very few came with rear wheel steering. Really cool car, with turbo lag in the good way.
