I'd also mention the HKS BOV and the what appears to be ceramic-coated turbo manifold. 
BBQ paint with little to no miles on it. Looks like the PO painted it before he left to show me the car.

Well, the BOV is worth a good $100-$150 on its own, so there's that at least. 
If someone here buys the car and doesn't want to deal with the BBQ paint, i have a stock manifold or four laying around.
I'm still interested, I've just been insanely busy the past few weeks.

Two Mazdas are better than one.
I had one of these and loved it. A very few came with rear wheel steering. Really cool car, with turbo lag in the good way.

Are we talking even trade? If so you'd have to drive to Pittsburgh because my schedule is insane right now.
Even trade doesn't sound bad to me. I could probably borrow a trailer and a truck without much trouble. I love going to Pittsburgh anyway. I've yet to be sober in that city longer than 24 hours at a time.
