Price is now $2,900 (firm).  I've been watching this posting for a few months now.  It looked like a decent car for $5k but the listings seemed be updated every few weeks listing the car as more of a "project" than the prior listing.

There's one of these for sale near me.  I like it, but I don't know anything about older Alfas.

When I was teenager (mid-1990s) I spent a weekend as a passenger in a Milano.  I remember how exotic it seemed.  SO MANY BUTTONS!  beautiful seats, stick shift, great noise.  It left a lasting impression.

I'd love to own a Milano, they're RWD w/a rear transaxle (torque tube).  Now that 20 years have passed, I think the 164s are actually better looking cars. There is an ultra-rare AWD model, but the 164s are a FWD platform.  Frankly, I'd own a FWD 164 just for the noise of the Busso V6.

There's a hidden neighborhood here in Jax that no one knows.  Probably because it was built in the middle of a swamp and has single lane dirt roads.  Always see interesting cars there.  In fact I bought a 70 Cadillac convertible there 20 years ago.  Anyways I drove through it yesterday and saw two 164L models sitting at one trailer.
