Seems priced pretty high, considering that there's no actual info in the ad, and no useful pictures to help.
Around here $3k is the starting price for any Miata. Decent ones readily go for $5K. It's nuts what Covid has done to used car pricing.
In 2013 I sold my rust free, ton maintenance, new OEM clutch, new wheels and tires, and new Koni shocks for $3,400. I had to go through hell to get that thanks to mostly Boomer buyers showing up complaining that the paint was faded.
If I had that car today, I wouldn't take less than $6k after seeing what the rot boxes around here sell for now.
