1995 Viper - Mine, lots of affiliation

My Viper is for sale, looking at getting a side by side and I don't really drive it much.

And yes the color combo is quite uncommon and what attracted me to the car in the first place.  Only 381 total yellow gen 1s were built, only 94 and 95.  Just using regular production numbers of approximately 1/3 of the cars got tan interior, a little over 100 total yellow/tans exist.  I have seen a few in photos but never another one in the flesh.  It is a lot better look than the gray interior that was the primary color for 94 and 95.  

Tan interior was a no-charge option for 94 and 95 at least as far as the build sheet/option list, but its inconclusive how many tan interior 94s there were.  If there were any, it was a very late addition so not offered/available for the full model year.  

I've never been a big fan of yellow cars, but that looks awesome and especially with the tan interior.  GLWS!! 

Great looking car.  No doubt it draws a TON of attention everytime you take it out.

I wish I was in a position to buy it from you, because these were my dream car when I was starting college.

Don't be shy to make a reasonable offer.  

I repeat what others have said, by nature I'm not a yellow car guy, but that car is nearly perfect and I applaud it not being red.  You'll do well on Cars and Bids, might even be pleasantly surprised!

Sorry I couldn't make this work out, the timing just wasn't right.  I was surprised how few Gen 1 cars there are for sale out there.  I wanted to see one in person before moving on this one and I can't find anything within a reasonable drive to see.  I was even in Charlotte for work last week and couldn't find anything there.  GLWS/A

Congrats. Did the hammer value align with expectations (if not hopes)?

I feel the hammer price was very fair to both the buyer and the seller and in-line with the market.  The whole Cars and Bids process was very good, I would recommend it to anyone.  I was not getting much traction on marketplace or the Viper groups.  Lotta dreamers and tire kickers.
