Anyone need a tow or overlanding rig? Full digital portfolio here with my project chronicle and access to all records/receipts: https://thecommongear.com/vehicle-for-sale/1018

Extensively restored / refurbished 1997 Lexus LX450 / Toyota Land Cruiser. I am the second owner. Mechanically, this truck benefits from the following:

-Rebuilt engine with 2K miles since completion;
-Overhauled cooling system, head, fuel system, etc.;
-OME 3-inch suspension lift;
-Tom Woods front drivershaft;
-Recovered front leather seats;
-Bluetooth audio / Carplay / Android Auto integration;
-1552 wheels on Pirelli Scorpion tires;
-Australian-spec H4 headlight and grill conversion;
-ARB front brush guard + Gobi-X rear bumper and spare tire carrier;
-Much, much more

Turnkey, drive anywhere. All records from previous owner and my ownership in hand documenting extent of work performed. Drive it for another 250K. Reason for selling: need a better highway vehicle based on increased travel.

I may be interested. Where is it located currently?

I saw in the project chronicle that you mentioned that you were planning to bring it to the body shop? Did that ever happen? What sort of body work does it need? Being a New England truck whats the rust situation?

Hey there. It had some rust in the area where the back of the running board attached to the edge of the rear quarters/lower rocker panels. The running boards were removed and the rust repaired with clean metal. Otherwise, it just has some mild scale in places like the diff carrier and rear sway bar. It's overall very clean for a New England vehicle, leading me to believe it was at the very least routinely washed or otherwise not driven in the salt regularly.
