THIS IS A BEAUTIFUL SILVER WITH BLUE TOP 1999 PORSCHE BOXSTER.THE CAR IS IN GREAT RUNNING AND COSMETIC CONDITION.THE EXT. OF THE CAR IS NEAR FLAWLESS WITH NO DOOR DINGS AND ONLY VERY,VERY MINOR SCUFFS THAT CAN BE SEEN LESS THAN A FOOT AWAY.IF YOU KNOW THESE CARS THEY ARE PRONE TO ROAD CHIPS AND THIS 99 WAS NO EXCEPTION SO I TOOK THE LIBERTY TO HAVE THE FRONT REFINISHED WITH PPG BASE CLEAR SO THE NEW OWNER WILL NOT NEED TO DO ANYTHING BUT POLISH ON IT.THE INT. IS IN GREAT CONDITION AS IT CAME WITH A FULL LEATHER INT.INCLUDING THE DOOR PANELS AND DASH WITH CONSOLE.THE WINDOW SWITCH WAS REPLACED BECAUSE THE WHITE DIRECTIONAL MARKERS WERE WORE OFF.THE ONLY NEGATIVE IS AS WITH ALL SEATS THE BOTTOM OF BOTH HAVE SOME WEAR BUT ARE STILL VERY USABLE.THE ENGINE AND GEAR BOX HAS BEEN MAINTAIN BY A PORSCHE MECHANIC AND WITH IN THE LAST 10K MILES HAS RECEIVED A NEW CLUTCH,WATER PUMP,BELT,AND A/C COMPRESSOR FURTHER MORE MAKING THIS CAR READY FOR ITS NEXT 100K.THE REAR TIRES ARE NEW AND THE FRONTS ARE AT 50%.THE BEST PART IS THE FACTORY HARD TOP IT KEEPS YOU COLD IN THE SUMMER AND WARM IN THE WINTER.IT ALSO HAS THE HEATED REAR WINDOW SO NO WORRIES IF SHE ENDS UP NORTH! DID I MENTION IT ONLY TAKES LESS THAN 2 MIN'S TO TAKE THE HARD TOP OFF AND YOU STILL HAVE THE SECURITY OF THE SOFT TOP IF IT HAPPENS TO RAIN WHILE YOUR OUT FOR YOUR DRIVE.SOME RARE OPTIONS FOR THIS CAR IS TRACTION CONTROL,BOTH POWER SEATS AND THE DRIVER SEAT HAS 3 WAY MEMORY.YOU GET ALL THIS AND 32MPG WHAT OTHER CAR CAN GIVE YOU THIS!IF YOU HAVE FURTHER QUESTIONS JUST GIVE ME A CALL BUT REMEMBER I'M ON THE EAST COAST SO BE GENTLE ON THE LATE NIGHT CALLS.LOL.HERES THE LINK WITH PICS. photo PORSCHE012_zpsada44f9c.jpg http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&item=330979801837

IMS bearing was fine,no sign of failure. Most IMS bearing failure comes from engine neglect(oil changes ext....) or over reeving the engine. My 98 had 215k on the clock and is still running strong with no IMS issues to date.
