Tempting if it's real. What does the hive think on this one?
Values are flat for first gen Corvairs but this seems below market value once running.
It has a green dash, color change?

Can you trailer it covered?
Im guessing the the salt is out where you live. I wouldn't recommend driving it in salt and I wouldn't even recommend open-trailering it in the salt.
ad says Monza 700. no such thing. this is a 700, which was the mid trim level between 500 and Monza.
i don't think the dash is green. i think it's badly weathered gold.
1st-gen cars tend to rust out the eyebrows above outer headlights, front valence, and front corners of lower front fenders. if it's solid in these areas, it's probably solid overall. they all rust out the floors due to shrunken windshield seals allowing water in.
there's no money in parting that one out, so if it's solid and you dig it, do it. but don't expect to make a penny on it.
A former neighbor who happened to be our landlord was selling a Corvair exactly like his one was I was around 16. I test drive a good distance and really liked it. I passed because I knew zilch about the engines.
