Heavy used truck for sale, this is a fixer upper, good for used parts, or as a trash or farm truck. Purchased from a friend that needed money in 20’ for $300, new parts put on it at the time below.
- New battery ( old now needs a new one )
- Front brake pads and rotors
- Right headlight
- Left front upper control arm, heavy duty
- Sway bar links
- Lower ball joints
- Front hub locker vacuum lines
- Front axle clips
- Rear shoes and wheel cylinders
Cons:
- Might be consuming coolant, I rarely add, but it is a 4.0
- Trans locks out of 1st gear when warm, it is a 5R55E, so common problem, resets when you manually shift to first, then back to drive
- Tires are getting old and need replaced, 31x10.5 R15
- Needs a new battery
- Safety inspection runs out July 24’
This isn’t worth much, but it has enough good parts on it to be worth something. Price is $200 OBO. I’d trust driving it a few hundred miles after topping up any fluids.
