Up for sale is my 2001 Nissan Sentra SE. I bought this from GRM forum member pimpm3 about a year and a half ago, it was intended to be my daily driver. Bad timing on my part however, as around that time I started driving company test vehicles on the regular, so the majority of the mileage has been to/from storage. The car currently has 182k miles.
The good:
- Runs and shifts great
- AC blows cold
- Interior is in decent shape considering its age
- Uncommon SE model. This was the in-between model after the B14 200SX SE-R and before the QR25-equipped 2002-2006 SE-R. Last Sentra to come with the SR20.
The bad:
-Paint is a disaster, the front bumper cover was replaced with a black junkyard one since the original was cracked, lots of fade and peeling everywhere, and the driver's door was replaced at one point and the rattlecan beige is peeling and exposing the original maroon
- At some point it was driven into a ditch or something, and the front fender liners/undertray are all gone. I bought replacement aftermarket liners but the fitment is terrible.
- Cruise control doesn't work, and the radio emits a strange high-pitched buzzing at all times.
- Brakes are rusty and tires are somewhat flat-spotted after sitting for so long.
