The good:
2.0L Ecotec, runs/drives, body solid with no rust, just a couple dings as expected for its age, any reasonable offer will be accepted
The bad:
185K miles, auto, flex pipe broken on exhaust (includes replacement), rear window regulator broken, ABS light on, fuel level sender broken, radio does not work
I am the registered owner but if you need the title I will have to request a replacement
I purchased this from another ChampCar team as a daily and drove it for a couple of years with no issues. I know these cars can be competitive but it would also make a great candidate for someone looking for an engine to swap into something else. I'm letting it go for well below value due to the issues I just don't feel like fixing and because I'm out of space in the driveway.
Are you selling this as a parts car? In my world a car that "runs/drives, body solid with no rust, just a couple dings as expected for its age" is a DD lol.

If someone wants the title to do a few fixes and drive this thing sure, but its priced as a parts car. I'm currently 3 cars over my preferred N+1 and would like to see this move on. KBB says fair market is $2200 to $4k. I figure even if someone had to put a few hundred into it to get it to pass inspection it would be worth that all day long, I just don't have the time or will to make that happen.

Bump for Bryan. I've decided to be an adult and recognize I have more projects than time right now so this can go on to someone else. Dang it I hate being responsible.
I still have this taking up space in my driveway. I am open to any reasonable offers, I don't want to scrap it but I also don't want to deal with Craigslist.

Good luck with your sale, you could part it out for at least 1k probably more. (I parted out a 2003 and I kept the engine and transmission and still got close to 1k for everything else)
Looks like it could be a great commuter. But 4 hours each way outweighs how good of a deal it seems like.
Might as well poke around a bit, as I tend to do. Always open to a good bargain.
I know it's a dumb question for such a cheap car, but if I got it the car would see DD duty. What things such as heat, a/c, front windows, lights, etc...work and not work?
How far from PittRace track are you? I'm going to be there in just a few weeks.
The involuntary bathroom remodel has stolen all my money for the foreseeable future or I'd have already tried to buy this. Was really hoping Scotty would have so I didn't have to think about it anymore.
Is it a manual transmission? PM me your "please get this thing out of my driveway" price, I am local and might have to come get it.

Yep, right there in the description, I swear I am losing it! I stopped by to see the car and had to buy it. Even stopped at the junkyard on the way home to grab a window regulator. Waiting on the title (come on Harrisbug!) then I will post some updates.

It just needs some tlc spent on it. I'm sure you saw Bryan's other vehicular accouterments while you were there. He needs to focus on those! (Imho!)
