2005 Accord Coupe K24 5-speed

Pros:
-Drives smooth as glass
-Ice cold a/c
-Brand new tires
-brand new brakes
-k24 Vtec engine
-5 speed
-clean interior
-coil over suspension
-ready to go another 100k miles
-great on gas

Cons
-some clear coat peeling
-cel light on (but runs fantastic)
-aftermarket radio needs old iPhone pairings deleted before it can link with a new one. 
-passenger window doesn’t go down
-I believe a suspension bushing in the left front needs replaced. There's a small shudder when starting from a dead stop that can be witnessed at the LF wheel. 
 

$2500 for a GRMer, which is what I bought it for.  I've put new tires and brakes all around on it since my purchase  I thought it was going to be my next project, but I have too many.  175k ish miles iirc.

Ok, I'm not much of a mechanic.  Very interested.  How hard are those CELs to fix?  Will the light stay out long enough to pass emissions?

Responded via text. I've made no effort to fix the CELs yet. I don't know how involved it'd be. 2 of them look to be just sensors, but I haven't dug into it at all. 

Anyone know much about P1157?  Google seems to indicate O2?
